So, does the stop snoring chin strap actually work?  There are many, many of these types of snoring products available on the market today.  If you go to Amazon.com you can find that there are TONS of these types of chin straps available in all sorts of sizes, styles, and prices.

So how are you supposed to know which one to buy (or if you should buy one at all)?

Well, I actually purchased one and with the help of my beautiful wife set about finding out whether or not these snoring remedies actually worked.

What The Stop Snoring Chin Strap Is Supposed To Do

The chin strap is actually a jaw supporter.  It is designed to keep your lower jaw in an upward position so that your airway space is increased.  This increase in your airway reduces the velocity of air that passes through your airway thus reducing the vibration of the soft tissue.  This reduction in vibration greatly reduces or even eliminates snoring.

So that’s what it is supposed to do.  What did the one that I purchased actually do?

What It Actually Did

The anti snore chin strap that I purchased cost me around $50 and I got it off of Amazon.  It had a few decent reviews (which is not always good because anybody can write them so what would stop the manufacturer from writing a few positive reviews to increase sales) so I went ahead and purchased it. I can tell you that it worked pretty well.

So, I suppose I just let the cat out of the bag.  This snoring cure really works.  In fact I found it to be so comfortable that it only took me a few minutes before I fell asleep with it on.   And when I fell asleep it prevented me from snoring.

The snoring chin strap that I wore was really tight around my head at first but since it was adjustable I let it out a bit and after I did that the tightness went away.  The only problem I encountered was on the first morning after wearing it my jaw was a little sore.  But this went away after the first night.

And not only did I sleep without snoring but my wife slept through the night without being woken up by snoring (and that’s more important than anything else ;-) ).

So the bottom line is that the stop snoring chin strap that I purchased did work for me.  Will it work for you?  I say give it a shot and see if it can make your nights snore free like it did for me.
